We have a comprehensive set of Policies & Procedures which guide our practices at nursery. They cover the management and organisation of the nursery, day-to-day procedures, practice in room, health & safety and, vitally, everything we do to safeguard children and promote the highest welfare standards. All policies are available to registered parents and they are shared and highlighted regularly in our communications. When policies are reviewed the new copy is emailed out to all parents. Printed copies can be requested from the office. Prior to registering, you will be given certain summarised policies and/or procedures to ensure you are fully informed of how we work and you can request any that you are particularly interested in.
